报告主题:G-Sem TMO for HDR Tone Mapping

报告摘要:A Tone Mapping Operator (TMO) renders High Dynamic Range (HDR) images on limited-dynamic-range media, compressing dynamic range to preserve visual perceptual cues. Prior studies highlight that semantic-aware TMOs those understanding scene content better preserve these cues, analogous to expert photographers’ manual tonal adjustments based on scene semantics/context. This work presents G-SemTMO, a graph-based semantic-aware TMO inspired by photographers. It uses scene semantic and contextual info (via a graph of semantic segments’ spatial arrangements) and Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN)to predict "Semantic Hints," which guide local tonal adjustments for different semantic segments.
